26-28 March 2014 in the exhibition area meters of Kiev took place the most important and large-scale event in the tourism industry of Ukraine – exhibition UITT “UKRAINE – Travel and Tourism”.
Visitors of the exhibition had the possibility to communicate with professionals of the tourist market of the national and international level. In particular, the representative of tour operator ANYWAYANYDAY, travel agencies TUI Ukraine, ANEX TOUR, CORAL TRAVEL and the company AMADEUS Ukraine, which provides services of booking and sales of tickets online.
Students learned a lot about exclusive concept in tourism, booking tours, the form of payment of the tour, organization of incentive tours, the conditions for the provision of insurance services, issuance of visa and travel documents, etc.
Together with teachers, students visited the scientific seminar “Prospects and advantages of global distribution system of booking of air transportation “Galileo” and a master class in making Italian pizzas.
Visiting the exhibition UITT “UKRAINE – Travel and Tourism” has provided the opportunity for students to better understand the specifics of the tourism industry, to get acquainted with contemporary trends and prospects, get acquainted with important professional aspects of the tourism industry.
