Students of economic faculty held a culinary fair “Spring ringing” in Uman state pedagogical University named after Pavlo Tychyna.
Festival-fair “Spring ringing” is a way not only to preserve the national identity of Ukrainians, but also for creative development and popularization of national rites. Traditionally during the festival on the fair presentation students and teachers of the University tasted the dishes of Ukrainian cuisine, which are cooked by the participants.
The celebration was accompanied by folk festivals and theatrical performances, competitions and games for all seasoned holiday. Complemented fair inimitable colour and national identity of the Ukrainian song performed by a group of Amateur club “Extravaganza”.
The holiday ended with the awarding ceremony, but the most important – satisfied and happy guests.
In our time, the fair is not commonplace and are held as a tribute to the past, but the mood and atmosphere that reigns on them will not disappear until there is the Ukrainian people.
The uniqueness of this festival is that it has teamed up teachers and students of the University who have concentrated their efforts on revival of the best traditions of the Ukrainian fairs.
“Spring ring” is extravaganza Ukrainian flavor, it’s a holiday of the Ukrainian soul, fascinating performance under the open sky, where it is difficult to understand who the viewer, who is an artist.
